1. Educational Purpose Only
Latchd provides educational information, tracking tools, and general wellness support related to breastfeeding, pumping, newborn sleep, and infant care.
Latchd is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician, pediatrician, or qualified healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.
2. Subscription Billing
Some features of Latchd require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their device account settings.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account information.
You agree not to misuse the application or interfere with its functionality.
4. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data within the app settings or by contacting support.
5. Limitation of Liability
Latchd and Just Ask Jen NP are not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or outcomes resulting from use of the application or reliance on educational content provided within the app.
6. Intellectual Property
